Filters

Filters are a multi-purpose filtration equipments with novel structure, small size, easy and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, airtight working and strong applicability.    Bag filter is a new type of filtration system. Inside the bag filter is a metal mesh basket supporting the filter bag, the liquid flows in through the inlet and out through the outlet after being filtered by the bag, impurities are intercepted in the bag and can continue to be used after replacing the bag. There are different kind and size of filters.    Bag Filter Housing is a kind of pressure filtration device, mainly has the main components such as filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover and quick-open mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcing net, etc. The filtrate flows into the filter bag from the enterance tube of the filter shell, the filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing net basket, the liquid penetrates through the filter bag of the required fineness level that can obtain qualified filtrate, the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, filtration is basically no material consumption. Bag filters are the single bag filter, multi-bag filter, rocker bag filter, high-precision bag filter, etc.
