Basket Mill Mixers

ALFATECH basket mill mixers reduce particle size and refine your product in a single vessel, combining dispersion and fine grinding in one machine.

A basket filled with grinding beads is lowered directly into the product. An agitator inside the basket sets the beads in motion, and the particles are broken down between them. A pumping impeller circulates the product through the basket again and again, so the whole batch is ground evenly until the required fineness is reached. The basket is then lifted out and the product is ready for the next step, with no separate pump, pipework or product transfer.
